*Extra Credit: Implicit Association Test Extra Credit

Take an Implicit Association Test (IAT) at:

Write down which test you took and write at least 350 words about what you have learned about implicit biases (in general and personally), the importance of knowing one’s implicit biases, and your experience taking the test (ex. Were you surprised by your results? How did you feel about the test and the results you received? Why do you think I am having y'all do this? Why does this matter?). While it may be extremely hard to admit and confront, we all have implicit biases. If you don't like the test or you feel it is inaccurate and/or unfair, explain why and do some research to see if others agree and if there is any research fact to back up your opinion/experience. Please do not simply state something like- "The test told me xyz and it is wrong." 

Use at least 1 reputable source (library book, .edu or .gov website, or peer-reviewed journal).
