Instructions
This Departmental Test evaluates student knowledge of basic concepts and outcomes related to the ARTS 1301 Art Appreciation course.
- The test consists of 23 multiple choice questions. There is a 45 minute time limit on this test.
- The purpose of this test is to determine what student don't know. Please do not look up the answers online. I want to know what you don't know!
- All students will receive the full 25 point value of this quiz, so it doesn't matter if you get them right or not!
- The instructor will have to manually change your grade to a 25. Don't be alarmed if your grade isn't perfect once you receive your initial score.
- You will be given the same test at the end of the semester to see how much you learned!
This test evaluates students over the following State mandated and Departmental Learning Outcomes:

- Demonstrate knowledge of art elements and principles of design.
- Differentiate between the processes and materials used in the production of various works of art.
- Critically interpret and evaluate works of art.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the impact of arts on culture.
Collin Outcomes:
- Use effective oral, written or visual means to communicate an informed personal reaction to creative aesthetic processes or works of visual art and/or artists.
Only registered, enrolled users can take graded quizzes
